The single question every pilgrim asks is how far the hotel is from the Haram, and the single most common complaint is that the answer given at booking was not the answer found on arrival. We tell you the real walking distance before you pay, not after. If a hotel is a fifteen minute walk we say fifteen minutes, and if it needs a shuttle we say so and tell you how often the shuttle runs. Then you decide, with the full picture in front of you.
We book hotels in Makkah and Madinah across every category, from budget properties a short ride out to rooms overlooking the Haram itself, and we match the choice to your budget and to how much walking your group can manage. Elderly parents and young children change that calculation entirely, and it is worth saying so when you enquire. Outside Saudi Arabia we book across Dubai, Thailand, Malaysia, Azerbaijan and the other destinations we cover, using rates negotiated for groups and longer stays.
Services Include
Every booking is made directly with the property and confirmed to you in writing before any payment is taken, with the hotel name, room type, dates, board basis and the exact distance from the Haram stated on the confirmation. We arrange single, double, triple and quad rooms, connecting rooms for families, and block bookings for group departures. Where the property offers free cancellation we tell you the deadline, and where it does not we say that plainly before you commit. Hotel booking is available inside any Umrah or tour package, or on its own if you have arranged your own flights and only need the accommodation handled.
